Customer service and support at Ideal Windlass is number one. Our owners and engineers work with our customers directly. No customer reps reading from owners manuals. Factory
repair service for your automatic anchoring system is available by returning your windlass to the address below. Remove your windlass from your boat, put it in a box and ship it to us. Upon receipt of your windlass, it will be inspected and you will be telephoned with an estimate of repair within a day or two of receipt. Normal lead times on repairs is less than one month, rush service is available by request if required. Windlass parts are also available direct from the our factory. In order to serve you best make sure that you have your Model & Serial Number from your windlass with you when you contact us for parts. Need help identifying your windlass?
